Users must be at least 16 years of age. By using FileTRX, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you must not use our Service.

3. User Conduct and Content Restrictions

  • Uploading illegal content, explicit or pornographic material, or copyrighted/stolen materials.

Users retain all ownership rights over files uploaded to FileTRX. We do not claim any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights over your content.

5. Monitoring and Content Removal

We use automated AI technology to review uploaded files for compliance with these Terms. Human staff will only access content upon receiving a user report. If content violates our Terms, we will remove it without notice and block access as necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

FileTRX provides the Service "as-is" and "as-available". We explicitly disclaim any warranties related to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. We are not liable for:

  • Any corrupted, lost, or inaccessible files.
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful software resulting from uploaded files.
  • Damages or losses incurred through the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Compliance with Law

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of FileTRX.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or limit access for routine maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Modification and Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from such changes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
